How to measure the waist

Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.

Under Bust

Measure from just under the bust running the tape straight across your back and around your chest firmly

Over Bust

This is taken from the fullest part of the bust, to get the best measure do this while wearing a bra that is not heavily padded.
