We want you to feel confident when shopping with Nia & Rose. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Requests
To request a return, please contact us at support@niaandrose.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return (optional)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and meet all of the following requirements:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging and presentation box
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, alterations, perfume, makeup, or staining

As many Nia & Rose pieces are crafted in limited quantities and prepared with exceptional care, all returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Full-priced items remain covered under the Return Eligibility terms above.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with this policy.

Your first shipment is free of charge. If you return an item to place a new order in a different size, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. This cost varies depending on your country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@niaandrose.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
