Express Delivery
Every Nia & Rose order ships via DHL Express with full parcel tracking. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. They may vary depending on customs processing at the destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our complimentary shipping covers the delivery of your parcel only. It does not include import duties or taxes.
Orders shipped outside Panama may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. Nia & Rose does not set or control these amounts. Your local customs authority can give you an estimate before you order. If a payment is required, DHL Express will contact you at delivery.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused, or the recipient does not pay the customs charges due, the parcel may be returned to us or held by customs. In this case, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Orders refused or left unclaimed are not eligible for a refund.
Order Tracking
Every order includes complimentary tracking. Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
