Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Panama, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Every order includes complimentary tracking. Once your order has been collected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with this policy.

Your first shipment is free of charge. If you return an item to place a new order in a different size, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. This cost varies depending on your country.
