PRIVACY POLICY — NIA & ROSE

We’re here to make shopping with Nia & Rose feel effortless and safe. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to www.niaandrose.com (the “Site”).
1) OUR PRIVACY PROMISE (THE QUICK VERSION)
• We only collect what we need to run our store, deliver your order, and support you.
• We do not sell your personal information for money.
• Your payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers (we don’t store your full card details).
• You control marketing: unsubscribe anytime, no hard feelings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information (see Section 10).

In this Policy, “Nia & Rose”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Nia & Rose.
We are based in Sydney CBD (Australia) and Costa del Este, Panama.

When you place an order, create an account, join our mailing list, contact us, or enter a promotion, you may provide:

• Phone number
• Billing address and shipping address
• Order details (items purchased, size/colour selection, notes you provide)

B) Information collected automatically (when you browse)
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site, such as:
• IP address and approximate location (derived from IP)
• Browser type, device type, operating system
• Time zone and language
• Pages/products viewed, time spent, clicks and interactions
• Referring/exit pages and search terms that brought you to the Site
C) Cookies and similar technologies

5) PAYMENTS (SECURE CHECKOUT)
We offer secure checkout through Shopify and trusted payment partners. Depending on your location and device, you may see options including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
When you pay, your payment information is handled by the payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and other limited details needed to manage your order (for example, payment status and sometimes basic identifiers like the last digits of a card), but we do not store your full card number.
6) WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION (AND WHY)
We share personal information only when it helps us run Nia & Rose and deliver the experience you expect.
A) Service providers we use
We use trusted providers to operate our Site and deliver services, such as:
• Shopify (our ecommerce platform) and Shopify Email (our newsletter/mailer tool)
• Payment processing partners (to take payments securely)
• Shipping and delivery partners (to deliver your orders)
• Customer support tools (to respond to you quickly and keep records of support conversations)
• Analytics and advertising partners (to understand performance and improve our marketing)
These providers can only use your information to perform services for us and must protect it.
B) Legal and safety reasons

C) Business changes

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
Access, correction, deletion
Depending on where you live (including Australia, the EEA/UK and other regions), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to choose reputable providers and limit access where appropriate.
12) MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13) CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect improvements, legal updates, or operational changes. We’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
