Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Nia & Rose. If you need to return an item, we’ll guide you through the process quickly and clearly.
1) How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at support@niaandrose.com with the subject line: Refunds & Returns.
Please include:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
Once we receive your email, we will reply with return instructions. Return postage is free for approved returns.
2) Return Request Window
You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your delivery (based on the delivery date shown by the carrier).
3) Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the item is:

Unopened

Unused and unworn
-
In original packaging, with all tags/seals intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
4) Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or part-exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
5) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email and process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email support@niaandrose.com as soon as possible with:

Photos of the item and packaging (if available)
We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
